- To engage children from diverse backgrounds in activities highlighting their differences and similarities.
- Develop initiatives and approaches that are culturally and age appropriate.
- To support the development of all children who use the facilities at the Bowen CTC.
- Develop a structured program of fun activities
- Encourage children to participate in initiatives that increase community engagement and build respect for others.
- To educate children on resilience, respect for others and self-respect.
